Description

The constructor methods of classes ExpectationVariationalGaussian, NaturalVariationalGaussian, NonConjugatePosterior and VariationalGaussian take optional array arguments (e.g. variational_mean), which are currently processed with the syntax array or default_array. When arrays are passed as arguments, this raises the error ValueError: The truth value of an array with more than one element is ambiguous. Use a.any() or a.all(). This PR fixes it.
