The constructor methods of classes
ExpectationVariationalGaussian,NaturalVariationalGaussian,NonConjugatePosteriorandVariationalGaussiantake optional array arguments (e.g.variational_mean), which are currently processed with the syntaxarray or default_array. When arrays are passed as arguments, this raises the errorValueError: The truth value of an array with more than one element is ambiguous. Use a.any() or a.all(). This PR fixes it.Issue Number: N/A
